The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) is an international peer-reviewed medical journal promoting the art and science of medicine for the betterment of public health. For over 30 years, the team at JAMA has released The JAMA Report, a weekly video and audio news release highlighting a study featured in one of the various Journals.
When the team at JAMA decided it was time to elevate their weekly releases and expand their reach, we provided an innovative refresh and a long-term strategy plan. We expanded JAMA’s broadcast distribution by introducing them to a new radio audience, while repurposing that same content for the digital space. The team also pitched the weekly JAMA Report to international, national and local TV markets, radio and web outlets.
Media coverage consisted of HLN, MSNBC, Bloomberg, CBS This Morning, World News Tonight with David Muir, Nightly News with Lester Holt, Fox News Feed, WCBS – New York, KABC – Los Angeles, Bloomberg Radio, Late Night Health Radio, Doctors Radio, TIME Online, WebMD and Reuters.
