Site Maintenance:

• Convert and conform multimedia to upload to various platforms and micro-sites.
• Manage content creation through custom CMS.
• Transfer large amounts of digital information from one source to another (ie. data entry, spreadsheet creation, keyword tagging).

Content Delivery and Support:

• Meet strict deadlines while juggling multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and occasional clients. Report on job status and ETAs.

Testing:

• Troubleshoot occasional software and equipment failures.
• Review and quality-control newly published stories and micro-sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film/Video Production, and/or equivalent level of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of media in different formats: SD, HD, video codecs, photo compression types, multiple file extensions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High proficiency with computers in both MAC and PC platforms.
• Excellent project manageement and ability to prioritize according to urgency.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Editing and design program skills a plus. (Final Cut, AVID, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Team player who can also work independently.

Duties:

• Production Support – Reliably support and maintain client and TNM department requests. Oversee managed services, including and not limited to security, backup, and resource usage. Troubleshoot site, application bottlenecks and perform/coordinate routine maintenance. Recommend system improvements.
• Release Management – Manage high visibility site releases, including pre/post-release communication, vendor and partner coordination, planned troubleshooting. • Ad-hoc tool creation – Develop ad-hoc applications and execute database scripts to automate release, support and monitoring processes.
• Ad-hoc database reporting – As per business function, create ad-hoc reports by creating and executing SQL queries.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in software release management to high-visibility websites. Applied know-how on release procedures.
• 1+ year experience in SQL server query creation and execution.
• 1+ year experience with ASP.NET and SQL Server deployment.
• 1+ year experience with VBScript, JavaScript, .NET development, HTML, etc.
• Maintain Microsoft VSS.
• 2+ years’ experience in highly-visible and evolving application maintenance.
• Familiarity managing IIS, SQL Server 2005 and ASP.NET web applications.
