Actor Josh Holloway, best known for his role as James “Sawyer” on the hit series “Lost,” always loved the outdoors, fishing, hiking or taking his family to a local park, but it was during the show that the outdoors became even more of an inspiration to him.
Josh teamed up with Nature Valley and The U.S. National Parks Conservation Association, to raise awareness about the need to preserve our national parks for future generations. Synaptic Digital worked with Josh and David Lamfrom from the NPCA to provide information on National Parks Week, where admission to the park is free, and also communicate their goal to raise $500,000 for renovation projects at parks across the United States including Joshua Tree, Grand Teton, Yellowstone and Biscayne.
After hosting a Satellite Media Tour and Shooting B-Roll with Josh Holloway, we enabled Nature Valley to spread the word to viewers across the country via a series of Facebook videos, a narrative marketing segment and an internal company video.
