In this consultative sales role the candidate will be responsible for representing the suite of Synaptic Digital’s offerings to both potential and existing clients: corporations, governments and not-for-profit organizations. We are looking for driven individuals with a demonstrated track record of new business wins and a history of hitting and exceeding sales targets. The VP / Director, Sales will report to SVP, Client Solutions. What you will bring to the table:
- Extensive contact base within corporations/organizations in and around the corporate suite (PR/IR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Technology).
- Strategic selling skills (experience with identifying key players, their degree of influence, their problems, their reasons for buying; and proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions).
- Market and industry expertise (candidates will have to demonstrate that they are subject matter experts).
- Have been involved with selling B2B subscriptions and annual plans. * Have sold multiple products and services.
- Track-record of meeting/exceeding sales targets using consultative selling methods.
- 5 – 7 years of experience selling into businesses/corporations. * Media background and understanding of the space is ideal.
- Experience with selling an online product/service is preferred.
