Synaptic Digital (www.synapticdigital.com/) announced the expansion of its U.S. sales team. The expansion is significant in that it coincides with the company’s first major product launch since Medialink and The NewsMarket merged. The product, MediaCentre, is a multimedia communications command center for marketing, public relations and communications professionals.
